Applications & Features:

The vulcanizing machine is suitable for tyre blowout hole , cracking , puncture (with big wound area) repairing.

To heat the tyre in three aspects;

Heating part inside of the aluminum mold with high heating efficiency and energy saving.

Separately controlling for the three aspect heating parts;

With uniform aluminum mold to repair 900-1200, nylon tyre, wire cover tyre;

Independent controlling device to ensure precise temperate controlling;

With electric signal indicating lamp when switch on the machine;

Timer (0-360Min) is optional for use;

Suitable of tyre repairing from 650-16 to 1200R20;

If customer want to repair 825R16 and below sizes, it needs to order a special set of mold 650-825.
